We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
How to return an item
Contact us with your order number to start a return. We'll provide return instructions and the address to ship to. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
